Apartments were in a great location central to shops and bars. All rooms were great- good size and clean. Staff extremely helpful and more than happy to help with any queries I had. Would definately stay again- thank you

I was going to provide feedback before you asked, because I wanted to say 'thank you' for a fantastic stay in Manchester. The accommodation was exactly what we wanted. Thank you to the staff for fulfilling the additional requests of rooms next to each other and with a patio, it made our visit work really well. All the guests have said they would use Premier Apartments again, and were just wishing you had a place in London. If you plan to at anytime then please let us know. The location in Manchester was perfect for our needs, and the rooms were comfortable and well laid out. Much better for the group than staying in hotels. Looking forward to booking our next trip and stay with you in Newcastle. Thanks again - wouldn't hesistate to recommend you to all my friends.

It would be very good to offer free wifi as your propose wifi fees are too expensive. I would book another apartment that offers free wifi facilities.

Our stay at Premier Apartments Manchester was very good. Location is really central to shopping, pubs,restaurants and buses. I would recommend these apartments.

It would have been better to have been given more than half an hour's warning for the water being cut off. However I appreciate having been given a 50% reduction for that night.

Plus points :Staff very helpful, Apartment good size, location great. Negative points: carpet and upholstery needs deep cleaning, doors need quieter catches as could hear them banging throughout the night and early morning

my bed was not changed. I COULD NOT HAVE WATER for me to bath myself. No plce to by buy food. It was very appauling for me. I did not enjoy my say there.

Thank you for taking the time to comment on your stay. As serviced apartments, we do not service the rooms on a daily basis. There are a number of shops located just next door to the apartments which are open until 23h00 where food can be bought. The temporary cut in the water supply was unavoidable as a major repair was being undertaken to the supply pipe which necessitated the cut in supply. We did have water available for you at reception which would have been brought to your attention by the letter in your apartment. I'm sorry this blighted your stay with us and hope you will give us another try the next time in Manchester. Mark. GM.

We were both impressed with the standard of the apartment - everything we could have needed was there right down to a corkscrew. I found the bed a little uncomfortable but my partner was fine - I guess I need to lose a bit of weight! The staff were lovely; friendly but professional - we will be coming back for sure.
